Crab burger
Who hasn't eaten a burger at least once in their life? But this crab burger - with a crab cutlet on a black bun - was definitely not tried by everyone. By the way, in the budget version of the burger, crab meat can be replaced with crab sticks.
Ingredients
- black bun - 1 piece
- crab cutlet - 1 pc. (140 g)
- Romano leaves - 8 g
- tartar sauce - 30g
- avocado mousse -20 g
- tomato - 30 g
- cucumber - 15g
- onions - 40 g
- crab meat (or crab sticks / snow crab meat) - 220 g
- shrimp - 70 g
- starch - 1 tsp.
- egg - 1 pc.
- salt, ground black pepper
- vegetable oil for frying
- potato chips - 30 g
- corn - 50 g
- ketchup - 20 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare cutlets. Peel the onion and chop finely. Mash crab meat or sticks. Peel the shrimp and combine with the crab meat. Add raw yolk. Stir and add onion. Pour in starch, mix. Season with salt, pepper, mix again. Form cutlets and fry them over low heat in vegetable oil (2 minutes on each side).
Step 2
Peel the avocado and pits, punch through the puree with a blender and mix with lemon juice, olive oil, add salt and pepper.
