Festive chicken roll
Ingredients
  • chicken 1 pc.
  • mushrooms 300 g
  • onions 100 g
  • bell pepper 1 pc.
  • salt 1 tsp
  • freshly ground black pepper 1 tsp
  • ground nutmeg 0.5 tsp
  • vegetable oil 2 tbsp

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Gently remove the skin from the chicken. Cut the meat into small cubes.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and mushrooms. Fry.
Step 3
Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
Step 4
Combine chicken, mushrooms with onions, bell peppers, spices. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5
Put the chicken skin on a cling film, put the minced meat in the middle, cover the minced meat with leather on all sides. Wrap the roll in foil in several layers. If there is a rectangular shape, put the roll in the pan and bake for 1.5 hours at 180 gr.
Step 6
Allow the roll to cool in the mold and put it under pressure in the refrigerator for several hours, preferably overnight.
