Baked brisket sandwich roll

For the rolls, you can make a cold spicy drink based on kefir or yogurt with cucumbers, dill and spices (paprika, ginger, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper), whisking them together in a blender until smooth.

Baked brisket sandwich roll
Ingredients
  • 4 tortilla cakes
  • 400 g of baked brisket
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 long cucumber
  • a quarter of a head of iceberg
  • olive oil
  • barbecue sauce
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Cut the brisket into thin slices, then into small cubes. Season generously with barbecue sauce.
Step 2
Peel the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Season with salt and pepper. Peel the sweet pepper from seeds and partitions, cut into thin strips. Chop an iceberg.
Step 3
Put a row of meat on one end of the cake, then a row of bell peppers, cover part of the cake with cucumbers, sprinkle with an iceberg, pour with olive oil. Divide the prepared foods into 4 portions each.
Step 4
Roll up a tight roll by tucking the open edges. Prepare the rest of the rolls as well. These rolls can be eaten cold, but can also be fried in a grill pan.
