Dzuk - burger

Dzuk is translated from Armenian as fish. The burger is prepared with fishcake, which includes Sevan trout (ishkhan) and salmon fillets. This burger is dressed with a sauce based on sour cream with dill and cucumber, it turns out very juicy.

  • poppy with zlakami - 4 pcs per 150 g
  • fish cutlet - 4 pcs. 130 g each
  • mix salad (lollo rosso, lettuce, frize) - 60 g
  • sour cream, cucumber and dill sauce - 200 g
  • baked bulgarian pepper - 160 g
  • ishkhan (rainbow trout fillet) - 520 g
  • salmon fillet - 180 g
  • watercress - 40 g
  • onions - 40 g
  • lemon juice - 20 g
  • salt / ground black pepper
  • olive oil - 80 g
  • dill - 20 g
  • sour cream - 120 g
  • cucumber - 60 g
  • slice of lemon
  • red basil

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Cut all the ingredients for the cutlet into small cubes and mix - we got minced fish. Form a cutlet from the resulting mass and fry in a hot pan.
Step 2
Putting together a burger. A loaf with cereals is cut into two parts and heated on the grill. Both parts are smeared with sauce.
Step 3
On the base half, lay out the salad mix, baked bell pepper on the grill (peeled), then lay out the finished cutlet, cover with the second half of the burger, Decorate with a lemon wedge and basil.
