STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Prepare potatoes in a country style: wash the young potatoes thoroughly. Do not peel the skin. Cut into cubes, roll in a mixture of vegetable oil and Provencal herbs. Put in an oven preheated to 180 g for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Make a preparation for cutlets: finely chop the onions and fry until golden brown with a little oil. Allow to cool. Add to the minced meat, stir and pepper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
In the same frying pan, fry the mushrooms cut into thin slices, 5-7 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the minced meat from the refrigerator, form 4 round, identical cutlets about 2 cm thick. Fry cutlets on a grill or skillet without oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. After frying, salt with a salt-pepper mixture or just salt.
Step 5
Assemble the burger in the following order: top of the bun - tomato sauce - red onion rings - salad - - mushrooms - mustard sauce - tomato - meat cutlet - cheese slice. Cover with warm bottom of bun to melt cheese. Place next to it rustic potatoes with mayonnaise - mustard sauce. Enjoy your meal!
