Cabbage forshmak
Tasty, juicy and healthy! Be sure to cook! :)
Ingredients
- cabbage 800 gr
- onion 1 pc
- apples 1 pc
- white bread 2 slices
- chicken eggs 1 pc
- salt to taste
- Kotanyi pepper to taste
- citric acid to taste
- vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the cabbage into large pieces and cook until soft. It took me 20 minutes from boiling.
Step 2
Boil the egg and chill. Peel the apple from the skin and seeds. Peel the onion. Cut off the crusts from pieces of white bread (or loaf) and sprinkle lightly with water. Coarsely chop everything.
Step 3
When the cabbage is boiled, drain and chill in cold water. Then squeeze the cabbage well from moisture and juice. I do it with my hands, wringing out in small batches.
