Cantonese salmon

A spectacular Chinese style salmon fillet. The fish is steamed and seasoned with aromatic garlic oil.

Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets with skin, 200 g each
  • 60 ml sesame oil
  • 2 stalks of green onions
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • juice of 1 lime

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper and drizzle with lime juice.
Step 2
Heat the sesame oil and lightly brown the finely chopped garlic. As soon as the garlic starts to turn color, remove from heat and mix with the green onions, previously chopped into 5 cm pieces.
