Caramel cake "Three milk"
Ingredients
  • 4 eggs, size C0
  • 160 g of sugar
  • 120 g flour
  • 20 g cornstarch
  • 10 g baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 300 g whipping cream for serving
  • 200 g boiled or ordinary condensed milk
  • 550 ml cream 30-38% fat
  • 250 ml whole milk

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 ° C. For the biscuit, separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the whites with sugar into a stable foam, whisking, add the yolks one at a time.
Step 2
Place the dough in a mold (cover the bottom with baking paper) and bake in the center of the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes without opening the oven door for the first 20 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick. Cool the finished biscuit.
Step 3
For impregnation, mix condensed milk, cream and milk until smooth (this can be done with an immersion blender). Place the sponge cake in a deep dish, prick often with a skewer and saturate with cream. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
