Chocolate raspberry cake
Ingredients
- eggs 5 pcs.
- sugar 180 g
- flour 90 g
- cocoa powder 35 g
- cream from 33% 100 ml
- dark chocolate with 70% cocoa content 100 g
- raspberries 700 g
- cream from 33% 300 ml
- sugar 120 g
- gelatin 12 g
- raspberry syrup 3 tablespoons
- powdered sugar 4 tbsp
- cream from 33% 100 ml
- powdered sugar 1 tbsp
- dark chocolate 50-70 g
- raspberry
- mint leaves
- raspberry liqueur 3 tbsp
- sugar 30 g
- water 50 ml
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
For impregnation, combine water, sugar, boil syrup, at the end add raspberry liqueur, cool.
Step 2
For the ganache, heat up the cream, add the broken chocolate in pieces and stir until smooth.
Step 3
Whip the cream with powdered sugar and coat the sides of the cake. We make the edging with cream. Put the raspberries on the cake, sprinkle the sides and top of the cake with chocolate chips and decorate with mint leaves.
