Corn, ketchup and harissa
Ingredients
- 6 ears of corn
- peanut butter
- 1-2 tbsp. l. flower honey
- 2-3 st. l. ketchup
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp. l. spicy pasta harissa or adjika
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Brush the corn with warm peanut butter.
Step 2
Combine honey, ketchup, finely grated garlic, harissa or adjika in a small bowl until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Spread the prepared mixture over the corn. Wrap it in 2-3 layers of foil and bake in the oven at 220 ° C for 30-35 minutes. Unroll the foil carefully. Shake off the spicy mixture. Place the corn on the wire rack and grill for another 2-3 minutes.
