Ingredients
  • curd dough: curd cheese 350 g
  • sugar 80 g
  • corn starch 30 g
  • chicken egg 1 pc.
  • vanilla essence to taste
  • chocolate dough: wheat flour 250 g
  • vegetable oil 100 ml
  • milk 100 ml
  • chicken egg (small) 4 pcs.
  • sugar 150 g
  • cocoa powder 20 g
  • baking powder 1 tsp

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Mix curd cheese with egg, sugar, starch and vanilla essence. Place mixture in a cooking bag and set aside. If you use cottage cheese, then wipe it until smooth. Sweet to taste, starch can be substituted for flour.
Step 2
For the chocolate dough: combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and sift. Beat eggs with sugar at high speed for 3-4 minutes until airy. Add butter and milk, stir, add dry ingredients. Mix.
Step 3
Form 34/28 cm. Grease the dish and sprinkle with flour or cover the bottom and sides with baking paper. Pour the chocolate dough, flatten, squeeze out the curd strips from above to make squares on the chocolate dough - a lattice. The thickness of the white stripes is about 1-1.5 cm. It is not advisable to take a smaller form, otherwise the white dough will sink into brown and there will be no pattern so beautiful. Bake in an oven preheated to 170-180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
