Epic Alabama Chocolate Cake, yahuhu!
Why epic? Just look at this combination of the most delicate vanilla biscuit and maddening chocolate fudge! A year and a half ago, I prepared it for the first time, suffering for a long time translating and adapting the American recipe to Russian reality. And now, having prepared it a second time, I can say that I did it for a reason! How cool it tastes! Of course, I would not be me if I did not want to change something. This time I decided to make a thicker caramel to make it look more like a cream, and I got the coolest fondant that you can eat yourself, make candy or use as a bombshell for a cake.
