A very tasty and very effective salad-cake, it tastes like real sushi, so it is dedicated to sushi lovers ... On the festive table, it makes a splash both with its appearance and wonderful taste.

Ingredients

  • salted salmon 200 g
  • fresh cucumbers 2 pcs.
  • green apples 2 pcs.
  • cream cheese 200 g
  • capelin caviar 140 g
  • mustard 2 tbsp
  • soy sauce 3 tbsp
  • wasabi (optional) 1/8 tsp
  • rice vinegar 2 tablespoons
  • pickled ginger (for garnish) 50 g
