Cake "Black Forest"

Many have already fallen in love with this extraordinarily delicious cake. I offer a mega-chocolate version, with nuts, chocolate ganache and Chantilly vanilla cream.

Ingredients

  • butter 185 g
  • dark bitter chocolate 70% 150 g
  • milk 125 ml
  • flour 175 g
  • baking powder 1 tsp
  • brown sugar 375 g
  • cocoa 1 tbsp
  • chicken eggs 3 pcs.
  • kefir 75 ml
  • filling:
  • cream 33% 700 ml
  • kirsch (optional) 2 tbsp.
  • dark bitter chocolate 70% 150 g
  • vanilla pods 1 pc.
  • icing sugar 50 g
  • funduk 80 g
  • pitted cherry cons. 370 g
  • thickener for cream 1 pc.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Break the chocolate into pieces, melt with milk, butter and a pinch of salt. Let cool slightly.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine sifted flour, baking powder, sugar and cocoa.

Stir in eggs one at a time.
Step 4
Mix the kefir with the chocolate mass and add to the flour mixture.
Step 5
Pour the dough into a mold and bake for 40-60 minutes at 180 ° C. Check readiness with a skewer. Cool down.
Step 6
For ganache, pour 200 ml of cream into a saucepan, add kirsch (if using), bring to a low boil. Break the chocolate (take 100 g, the rest will be used for decoration), pour the resulting mixture over it. Stir until smooth. Cool down. For the cream, scrape the contents of the vanilla pod into the remaining cream, add the powdered sugar and beat. Add thickener while whisking. Put the cream in the refrigerator.
Step 7
Fry the hazelnuts in a dry frying pan, chop.
Step 8
Cut the biscuit into 3-4 pieces. Collect the cake. Lay out: biscuit, ganache.
