Cutlets with tomato-mushroom sauce
Ingredients
  • 500 g minced pork
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of white bread without crust
  • 1 tbsp. l. chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp. l. chopped green onions
  • a pinch of dried thyme
  • vegetable oil
  • salt pepper
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 100g champignons
  • 1 onion
  • 100g dry white wine
  • 0.5 tsp adjiki
  • 1 tbsp. l. flour
  • salt

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Chop the bread, onion, garlic in a blender. Combine in a bowl with minced meat, eggs, herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Knead the minced meat well and form the cutlets. Fry in hot oil on all sides. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. In the pan where the cutlets were prepared, put onions and mushrooms, fry for 2 minutes. Add flour, stir and cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Pour in wine, put tomatoes with adjika. Season with salt, stir and simmer until thick.
