Eggplant rolls with ricotta and dried tomatoes
Ingredients
- eggplant 1 pc.
- salt to taste
- pepper mix KOTANYI-to taste
- French herbs KOTANYI-to taste
- ricotta 150 g
- dried tomatoes 2 tsp
- olive oil 1.5 tbsp

Step 1
