A fragrant spicy appetizer made from eggplants and tomatoes fried until golden brown. A spicy sauce with cilantro, hot paprika, black pepper and fresh garlic gives this appetizer a special taste.

  • fried eggplant - 60g
  • fried tomatoes - 38g
  • eggplant sauce - 15 g
  • fresh cilantro - 3g
  • fresh tomato - 10g
  • lettuce leaf - 7g
  • fresh tomatoes - 250g
  • chicken egg - 1pc
  • flour - 30g
  • fine salt - 2 g
  • black peppercorns -8 g
  • vegetable oil - 60 g
  • mayonnaise -200g
  • fresh garlic -4g
  • fresh cilantro -20g
  • hot paprika -1g
  • fine salt -2g
  • black peppercorns -1g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Finely chop the clove of garlic and cilantro, add mayonnaise, paprika, salt and black peppercorns. Mix everything - the eggplant sauce is ready.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes and eggplant into 1 cm thick slices, season with salt and pepper, roll the tomatoes in flour and egg. Then fry on both sides until golden brown.
Step 3
Cut fresh tomatoes into small cubes.
Step 4
Lay the eggplants, fried tomatoes and sauce in layers. Top with fresh tomato cubes and cilantro leaves.
