Potato boats
Ingredients
  • potatoes 8 pcs.
  • hard cheese 150 g
  • tomato 1 pc.
  • bacon 200 g
  • onion 1 pc.
  • garlic 3 pcs.
  • salt, spices
  • sour cream 4 tbsp

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
We put the washed potatoes with the skin in the oven for 50-60 minutes.
Step 2
Fry finely chopped onions, add finely chopped bacon to it. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Dice the tomato and add to the bacon. (You can also add a few tablespoons of sour cream to this filling.)
Step 4
We mix everything. We remove from the fire. Three cheese on top and mix again. Extrude three garlic cloves.
Step 5
When the potatoes are baked, take them out of the oven, cut all the potatoes in half and remove the core. Grind it with a fork and add it to the bacon filling.
Step 6
Now evenly spread the filling over the potatoes and put them in the oven for another 20 minutes.
Step 7
Serve with vegetables or sauces.
