Fish aspic with algae "Sea Bay"

We tried two changes to the classic jellied fish recipe. One change applies to the fish itself, the other to the ingredients for additives and decoration.

Fish aspic with algae "Sea Bay"
Ingredients
  • hot smoked cod 300 g
  • hot smoked sea bass 300 g
  • sea bass 1000 g
  • onion 1 pc.
  • potatoes 1 pc.
  • pertushka 1 bunch (a)
  • gelatin 1 tbsp.
  • seaweed 100 g
  • Chuka seaweed 100 g
  • sea cocktail 50 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Boil raw fish with onion, parsley and potatoes (do not let it boil). Add salt, peppercorns, bay leaf. Strain the broth through the fabric. Soak gelatin separately in water.
Step 2
Add the dissolved gelatin to the broth and pour the fish onto a platter. in an hour we put it in the refrigerator.
