Fondant with white chocolate and Matcha tea
Having once tasted such a dessert in a Japanese restaurant, I decided to repeat it at home and treat guests. Traditional fondant is no longer surprising
Ingredients
- white chocolate 80 g
- butter 60 g
- sugar 40 g
- flour 30 g
- matcha tea 5 g
- eggs 2 pcs.
- poppy seeds / seeds / berries for decoration 1 tbsp.
- raspberry jam Maheev 3 tbsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath, stirring with a whisk. Beat eggs a little with a whisk with sugar. Pour the chocolate mass into the eggs, stir in flour and tea. Stir with a whisk.
Step 2
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour the dough into tins and into the oven for 10-12 minutes‼ ️ it is important not to overexpose, if the tins are smaller, then reduce the time, you should try, to determine the ideal texture, bake 1 piece at different times.
