Jellied chicken Christmas ball
Quite easy to prepare, a tasty portioned dish, but it looks very impressive on a festive New Year's table.
Ingredients
- chicken broth 2 glass (s)
- boiled chicken fillet 1 pc.
- gelatin 10 g
- canned green peas 6 tbsp
- boiled chicken egg 1 pc.
- mayonnaise 4 tbsp.
- lettuce leaves 6 pcs.
- dill sprigs 2 pcs.
- ground black pepper to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Add mayonnaise, a little ground black pepper to the remaining broth, mix with a whisk.
Step 2
The first layer of jelly grabbed, for the second layer we pour 2-3 tablespoons into molds. broth with mayonnaise and put it back in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the chicken breast fillet into small pieces.
Step 4
Put the fillets into tins with frozen jelly, pour the remaining broth with mayonnaise. Put in the refrigerator until completely solidified.
Step 5
