Juicy burger with a touch of summer

Let's be honest with you, burgers are probably the greatest love of our life. Winter has not yet begun, so we advise you to cook burgers outside the city on an open fire. Fast to prepare and so damn delicious! They will be the perfect addition to your evening. I'm not even talking about the magical atmosphere that will envelop you as soon as the first cutlet touches the grate!

Ingredients
  • minced meat 200 g
  • Peking kapasta 2 pcs.
  • pickled cucumbers 2 pcs.
  • bun 1 pc.
  • tomato 1 pc.
  • shallots 1 pc.
  • onion 1 pc.
  • Romano salad 1 pc.
  • cheddar cheese 1 pc.
  • lemon 1/3 pc.
  • mayonnaise 3 tsp.
  • Dijon mustard 2.5 tsp
  • ketchup 2 tsp
  • tomato paste 2 tsp

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Let's start with the burger sauce. To do this, you will need to finely chop the shallots, pickled cucumbers and cabbage, and prepare mayonnaise, ketchup, mashed tomatoes, Dijon mustard and the juice of a third of a lemon.

We put everything in a bowl and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Now the most important thing is the meat for the burger. We used ground beef and pork in a 2 to 1 ratio. The cutlet was molded in a special burger mold, but it can also be done easily by hand. Do not forget to beat off your cutlets before cooking them - this will release excess air from them; they will be softer and will not fall apart when frying. Salt and pepper our cutlets well on both sides.
Step 5
Fry for one and a half minutes on each side in a well-heated pan in olive oil with the addition of butter.
Step 6
After you have fried the cutlet on both sides, put a good slice of cheddar cheese on it and put it in the oven for five to six minutes at 180 degrees. The meat will turn out to be juicy, slightly pinkish inside. In our opinion, the perfect roast of burger meat.
Step 7
Sprinkle the burger buns with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and lightly fry in a dry preheated pan - we need a light crust. We do this so that they keep their shape and do not soften from the sauce.
Step 8
Fry a small slice of onion.
Step 9
We fry for about a minute, we do not need to caramelize it too much.
