Lavash roll "Sea whim"
Easy to prepare, delicious pita and canned tuna appetizer.
Ingredients
- thin lavash 1 pc.
- canned fish "Tuna in its own juice" 1 pc.
- processed cheese 3 pcs.
- green onions 30 g
- boiled chicken egg 4 pcs.
- ketchup Tomato TM "Maheev" 1,5 tbsp.
- mayonnaise "Provençal" TM "Maheev" 1.5 tbsp.
- dill 20 g
- black pepper 1 pinch (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Finely chop green onions and dill. Grate the processed cheese on a medium grater.
Step 2
Peel the eggs, rub on a medium grater.
Step 3
Drain the liquid from the canned food. Add fish to prepared foods. Spice up.
Step 4
Add mayonnaise, ketchup. Spice up. Mix.
Step 5
Divide the resulting filling into 2 parts. Cut the lavash into 2 pieces. Grease one sheet of pita bread with half the filling.
Step 6
Put the second sheet of lavash on top and grease with the remaining filling. Roll up roll.
Step 7
Put in the freezer for 20 minutes, then cut with a sharp knife.
