Lazy cabbage rolls in sour cream sauce
If you don't have an oven at hand, you can stew stuffed cabbage rolls in a pan.
Ingredients
- 500 g minced pork
- 200 g white cabbage
- 200 g long grain rice
- 1 carrot
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 eggs
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 tbsp. l. flour
- vegetable oil
- salt pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Form into small patties. Fry in a frying pan until golden brown, 5 minutes on both sides.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce. Finely chop the pepper and onion. Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Fry vegetables. Add flour, sour cream, 250 ml of water, stir and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Put stuffed cabbage rolls into a mold and pour sour cream sauce. Bake for 30 minutes.
