Napoleon with caramel custard
Napoleon is the New Year's cake. "Irony of Fate", "Olivier" and "Napoleon" are the favorite New Year classics. Why give it up, let's cook! I propose to make Napoleon not from the classic puff pastry, but from chopped, and use an incredibly silky caramel caramel cream on white chocolate as a cream. It will definitely be delicious!
