Rice with tomatoes and feta cheese
Everything is elementary - rice, tomatoes, salted cheese. But tomatoes look especially bright on the snow-white scatter of rice. So it is not a shame to put such a simple but elegant salad on the festive table.
Ingredients
- 340 g long grain rice
- a handful of cherry tomatoes
- 230 g feta
- 170 ml olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cook rice according to package directions. Transfer to a large bowl and let cool, about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add chopped tomatoes, cheese and olive oil. Let sit for at least 10 minutes before serving. Season with salt, pepper, stir and serve.
