Simple sausage soup
If you need to cook something in a hurry.
- cervelat 350 g
- potatoes 3 pcs.
- onion 1 pc.
- small carrots 2 pcs.
- vermicelli 50 g
- salt to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
We clean the carrots and cut them in the form of flowers.
Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
Finely chop the onion.
Peel the sausage from the film and cut into small cubes.
Fill a metal five-liter saucepan halfway with water and put on fire. After the water boils, dip the chopped potatoes into a saucepan and cook until half cooked. Then add chopped vegetables and sausage to the potatoes. Cook the soup to make the carrots soft and the onions transparent. Then put the vermicelli in the soup and add salt.
Cook the soup for a few more minutes, then turn off the burner, close the lid and leave the soup to simmer for another 10 minutes.
