Spaghetti with chanterelles
The recipe for pasta with fresh chanterelles is a great everyday dish and is the most suitable for August. Any pasta goes well with fragrant chanterelles. In this variation, we used spaghetti.
Ingredients
- chanterelles - 200 g
- spaghetti - 300 g
- sunflower oil - 20 g
- onion - 40 g
- butter - 30 g
- fresh parsley - 10 g
- Parmesan cheese - 20-30 g
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Over low heat for 20 minutes. cook peeled chanterelles. Throw the boiled mushrooms on a sieve, strain 150 ml of broth.
Step 2
Boil spaghetti in salted water, reducing the usual cooking time by 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Pour sunflower oil into a preheated frying pan and heat. Add the finely diced onion and fry until golden brown.
Step 4
Add boiled mushrooms to the onion and heat them over low heat, 3-5 minutes. Add mushroom broth to warmed-up mushrooms and onions, bring to a boil.
Step 5
Add butter and boiled spaghetti, finely chopped parsley to the broth and heat for 3-5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and put on plates. Top with coarsely grated Parmesan.
