Spring-roll with cribs
Ingredients
- 80 g funchose
- 4 sheets of rice paper 22x22 cm
- 80 g red cabbage
- 4 leaves of large lettuce
- a few sprigs of cilantro
- half sweet pepper
- 50 ml spicy sauce
- 120 g boiled shrimp
- 6 g of nori
- any sprouts for decoration
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Pour the funchoza with boiling water for 5-7 minutes, discard in a colander and rinse with cold water.
Step 2
Cut the pepper, lettuce, nori and cabbage into thin strips.
Step 3
Pour warm water into a large, but not deep dish. Put a sheet of rice paper in it, let it soak for 5-10 seconds, then remove and transfer to a flat plate or board.
Step 4
Wrap the boiled noodles with vegetables and lettuce in rice paper.
Step 5
Season the filling with spicy sauce, roll the paper and cut the roll across into 7 equal pieces.
Step 6
Prepare the rest of the rolls in the same way.
Step 7
Place the shrimp on top of the cut rolls before serving and drizzle with spicy sauce. Garnish with cilantro leaves, sprouts and serve.
