Vinaigrette with beans
For a daily or lean menu, such a salad will be very good. It's pretty simple to prepare.
Ingredients
- boiled potatoes 4 pcs.
- boiled carrots 2 pcs.
- canned beans 6 tbsp
- pickled cucumber 2 pcs.
- white cabbage 100 g
- onions 0.5 pcs.
- boiled beets 2 pcs.
- vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
- table vinegar 1 tsp
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste

Step 1
Dice the carrots, onions and cucumbers.
Step 2
Cut cabbage into strips, potatoes and beets into cubes. Add beans, vegetable oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper.
