Amazing sweet potato toast
Do you want to pamper yourself with delicious toast without harming your figure? Cook them on a sweet potato (sweet potato). We use TM "Hochland" curd and processed cheeses as filling. Such toasts can be served on a festive table and surprise guests. The combination of sweet potato sweetness and the piquancy of Hochland cheese will leave no one indifferent.
Ingredients

- cheese "Hochland" Creme Clasic 100 g
- Cheese "Hochland" Ham triangles 3 pcs.
- figs 1 pc.
- prosciutto (thin slices) 6 pcs.
- slightly salted salmon (thin slices) 5 pcs.
- small cucumber 1 pc.
- salt, pepper To taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the sweet potatoes into slices 0.5-0.7 mm. We put on a baking sheet. Salt and pepper. We bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 ° C.
Step 2
While the potatoes are baking, prepare everything for the toast filling. For the first filling, let's take Hochland curd cream cheese, figs and prosciutto. The second filling will be with triangles of "Hochland" cheese, fresh cucumber and lightly salted salmon (I made my own).
Step 3
Remove the finished sweet potato from the oven. Apply "Hochland" curd cream cheese to half of the potatoes.
Step 4
Put a slice of figs and prosciutto on the curd cheese.
Step 5
On the remaining potatoes, place half a triangle of Hochland cheese, a wedge of cucumber and salmon.
Step 6
Serving delicious toast on sweet potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
