Sandwiches with cottage cheese and assorted fruits
Light and healthy sandwiches. You can eat it for breakfast, or you can use it as a snack during the day.
Ingredients
- "Cream cheese" Hochland 120 g
- slices of loaf with bran 6 pcs.
- blue plums 2 pcs.
- pink plums 2 pcs.
- kiwi 1 pc.
- banana 0.2 pcs.
- melon 50 g
- mint sprigs 1 pc.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Toast the loaf slices in a toaster.
Step 2
Spread each slice with "Creamy Cottage Cheese" from TM Hochland.
Step 3
Wash and dry plums, banana, kiwi. Pit the plums and cut into thin slices. Peel the kiwi and banana. Cut the kiwi into semicircles, the banana into circles. Peel the melon and cut into square thin slices.
Step 4
Arrange the sliced fruits in rows on slices of bread with cheese, alternating them in color. Place sandwiches on a platter. Decorate with mint leaves.
