Apricot cake
Ingredients
- FOR TEST:
- flour (whole grain 100g, wheat -100g) 200 g
- sugar 50 g
- cover from KOTANYI 2/3 tsp.
- butter 125 g
- egg pcs.
- vanilla essence 1 ml
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- FOR CREAM:
- milk 2/3 glass (s)
- yolk 2 pcs.
- sugar 3 tbsp
- starch 1 tbsp.
- icing sugar 1/3 cup (s)
- butter 75 g
- egg 1 pc.
- apricots 6 pcs.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare your ingredients.
Step 2
Sift flour, add sugar, vanilla essence, sugar, a pinch of salt, mix. Add diced butter.
Step 3
Rub into crumbs with your hands.
Step 4
Add chopped KOTANYI cinnamon.
Step 5
Add the egg and knead the dough.
Step 6
Roll out the dough into a layer and put in a square baking dish.

Beat the yolks with sugar and starch, while whisking, pour in the warmed milk. Put on medium heat and whisk, heat for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool. Put the filling on the dough. Divide the apricots into halves and place on top, pressing them into the filling.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
