Spicy pear
Ingredients
- pear 1 pc.
- raspberry jam 40 g
- Karkade tea 100 g
- cinnamon sticks 10 g
- star anise 5 g
- cloves 2 g
- Casel cream 50 g
- sugar 50 g
- mint 2 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Brew hibiscus tea, add spices to it: cinnamon, star anise, cloves and sugar. Peel the pear and put it in boiling tea and leave to cool to room temperature.
Step 2
Making caramel. Melt 50 g sugar until brown and add 10 g cream. Stir until smooth - caramel is ready! Beat the rest of the cream with a whisk until thick foam.
Step 3
Pour raspberry jam at the bottom of the plate, put a pear in the center. Place the whipped cream on three sides in a dumpling fashion. Pour caramel sauce over the pear and garnish with mint leaves.
