Buns with cottage cheese and orange jam
Ingredients
- flour 500 g
- butter 100 g
- milk 100 ml
- eggs 5 pcs.
- sugar 3 tbsp
- dry yeast 1 tsp
- vanilla sugar (bag) 1 pc.
- cottage cheese 300 g
- fat cream 100 ml
- orange jam 250 g
- 1 pinch salt
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Boil milk beforehand and cool to 40 degrees.
Step 2
Mix flour sifted through a sieve with yeast.
Step 3
We make baking in another container. Beat eggs (2 pcs.) With sugar (3 tablespoons), salt and vanilla.
Step 4
Add butter (100 g) cut into pieces and stir until more or less homogeneous. It is not necessary to knead thoroughly! Add milk and stir.
Step 5
Next, pour the baking into the flour and yeast mixture and mix with a spoon. Knead the dough. Cover with a towel and place in a warm place to approach for 2 hours. The dough should fit twice.
Step 6
Prepare the filling. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add eggs (2 pcs.) And sugar (100 gr.).
Step 7
Stir thoroughly to get a homogeneous, tender curd mass.
Step 8
Beat the cream and add the curd mass to them. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Step 9
Take the dough, pinch off a small piece of dough, form a rectangular cake.
Step 10
Put the curd filling in the middle of the cake.
Step 11
Put orange jam on top of the curd filling.
Step 12
Make two longitudinal cuts on the sides of the cake, then lift these edges and wrap the left - to the right, right - to the left, so that the filling is in the middle.
Step 13
In a small container, beat an egg (1 pc.) With a fork, grease the buns, put them in a preheated oven and bake until golden brown.
