Baked quince with garlic and rosemary
Ingredients
- 1 kg of quince
- 3 heads of garlic
- 1 lemon
- 6-7 sprigs of rosemary
- olive oil
- Brown sugar
- medium-ground sea salt, freshly ground black pepper

Step 1
