Fried carrot cutlets
Ingredients
  • carrots 2 kg
  • garlic 2 cloves
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • dill 1 bunch
  • dry 200 g
  • ground black pepper
  • salt
  • egg 2 pcs.
  • breadcrumbs 3 tbsp
  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • 1 cup peeled pine nuts
  • garlic 3 cloves
  • vegetable oil 0.5 cups
  • thick sour cream 4 tbsp.
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Pass carrots, garlic, herbs and dried apricots through a meat grinder, season with salt and pepper to taste, mix well and let it brew for 20-30 minutes.
Step 2
Drive eggs into the carrot mixture, add breadcrumbs. Pour flour onto a flat plate. Form cutlets from the carrot mass and roll them in flour on all sides.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan. Fry the carrot patties until golden brown, then place on paper towels.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce: mix sour cream with lemon juice, crushed garlic (3 cloves), salt and black pepper (the sauce should be hot).
Step 5
Serve carrot patties with sour cream sauce.
