Bulgur pilaf with flax seeds
Ingredients
- 200 g of bulgur
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 600 ml vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp raisins
- Age of 5 pieces
- 2 tbsp flax seed
- cilantro or parsley
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Put bulgur in a saucepan, add cumin and cinnamon.
Step 2
Boil the broth and pour over the grits. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in flaxseeds, raisins and chopped dried apricots. Cook for another 3 minutes to soften the dried fruit. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve.
