Ingredients
  • 1.2 kg goose (legs, breast, wings)
  • 1.2 kg potatoes
  • 4 medium onions
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • 5 allspice peas
  • 2 bay leaves
  • red hot ground pepper
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper
  • dill for serving

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
1. Heat 1 liter of water in a saucepan, add 1 tbsp. l. salt, black and allspice, bay leaf. Cool it down.

2. Cut the goose into portions. Peel 2 onions and cut into large half rings. Place the goose in a container, add the onion and cover with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

3. Peel potatoes and leftover onions. Cut the onion into thin rings. Place the onions and potatoes in a large baking dish and season with salt and pepper.

4. Remove the goose from the marinade, wipe it with paper towels, lightly salt and pepper, and place on the potatoes. Pour sour cream over the goose and potatoes, close the tin tightly with foil.
