Buns with cutlets
A hearty dinner, a fragrant snack, a juicy snack - all these are delicious yeast dough buns with mini cutlets and your favorite sauce!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk (s)
- chicken egg 1 pc.
- butter 30 g
- salt (dough) 0.5 tsp
- sugar (dough) 0.5 tbsp
- flour 2.5 glass (s)
- yeast (fast) 0.5 tsp
- sour cream 1 tbsp
- minced pork 400 g
- onion 1 pc.
- spices (to taste)
- yolk (for coating)
