Cake Pine cone
This cake will always decorate the table for the New Year holidays.
Ingredients
- flour 3 glass (s)
- margarine 200 g
- sugar 1/4 cup (s)
- walnuts 300 g
- egg 1 pc.
- boiled condensed milk 1 pc.
- soda 0.5 tsp
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- sour cream 1 tbsp
- butter 100 g
- chocolate 100 g
- cream 50 ml
- cereal (breakfast cereals) 150
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Add sugar, sour cream, soft margarine, salt, soda to the egg and mix. Add flour and knead the dough. Pass it through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Take the pieces of dough with your hands and lay them out on the covered with baking paper. Bake over medium heat until pink.
Step 3
Prepare the cream: for this, mix boiled condensed milk and 100 g of butter, add chopped and fried nuts. After baking, break the cookies into pieces and mix with the cream. Shape the cake with wet hands. Prepare ganache from chocolate and cream, pour a little over the cake with it and attach the flakes to it.
