Biscuit roll Grandma"s sweetness
The first thing my grandmother taught me to cook for the New Year holidays. Easy and simple to prepare, even for small children. Checked!
Ingredients
- flour 1 cup (s)
- eggs 5 pcs.
- sugar 1/2 cup (s)
- raspberry jam "Maheev" 10 tbsp.
- powdered sugar 1 tbsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 °. Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer for 10 minutes until thickened.
Step 2
Add the sifted flour little by little, stirring gently until smooth.
Step 3
Cover the baking dish with parchment, spread the dough in a thin layer over the surface.
Step 4
Bake until light brown for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Cover the biscuit with a waffle towel and roll into a roll. After slightly chilling, open the roll, remove the towel and grease the biscuit with raspberry jam. Screw it back into the roll, turn it upside down and let it cool completely.
Step 6
Cut the roll into pieces, sprinkle with powdered sugar. You can decorate if you wish. The roll is ready. Enjoy your meal!
