Kosher tiramisu
Tiramisu is a light dessert made from airy tender cream with savoyardi cookies soaked in freshly brewed espresso. Kosher tiramisu made with vegetable cream
Ingredients
- egg yolk - 96g
- granulated sugar - 85g
- vegetable cream -250g
- espresso coffee - 15g
- rum - 40 g
- cocoa powder - 5g
- savoyardi - 100 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Beat the egg yolk thoroughly with sugar and boil in a water bath for 15-20 minutes, while stirring, bring to a temperature of 65-70C.
Step 2
Then remove from heat, add coffee, cream and rum, beat again.
Step 3
Soak Savoyardi cookies in freshly brewed coffee.
Step 4
Place ½ of the egg yolk and cream mousse in a mold, top with the soaked Savoyardi coffee, and in a third layer the rest of the mousse.
Step 5
Before serving, place tiramisu in portioned cups and sprinkle with cocoa.
