Can soup

This soup can be accompanied by sandwiches from Borodino bread with smoked bacon, cut into thin slices, and fresh cucumbers.

Ingredients
  • 1 can (400 g) each red beans, white beans, and chickpeas
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tbsp. l. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. l. ground sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 400 g mashed tomatoes (trade winds)
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Throw all the beans and chickpeas in a colander, rinse with filtered water if desired.
Step 2
Chop the onion finely. Crush, peel and chop the garlic.
Step 3
In a saucepan with a thick bottom, fry the onion and cumin in oil, 5 minutes. Add the garlic, cook for 1 minute, add salt, pepper, paprika and turmeric, pour in the trade wind, stir and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Add all the legumes, bring to a boil again, cook for 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
