Black Sea mussels with blue cheese
Black Sea mussels in a tender blue cheese broth are a real delicacy! It will not be difficult to prepare such a dish, but it will certainly appeal to all connoisseurs of seafood.
Ingredients
- 400 g mussels
- 70 g blue cheese
- 200 ml chicken or fish broth
- 50 g butter
- 70 ml dry white wine
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Whisk the butter, blue cheese, and chicken broth with a hand blender. Also add dry white wine, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Put broth on fire and bring to a boil. Then put the mussels in the pot. Boil them until the shells open, about 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Serve the mussels in a deep bowl with the broth. The dish can be garnished with slices of blue cheese and sprigs of herbs.
