Like all Chinese food, this soup is very easy to prepare and doesn't take a lot of time. You might be surprised by the unexpected use of lettuce, but that's Chinese cuisine. And believe me, this is not just unusual, but also very tasty. However, you can be convinced of this in just half an hour.

Ingredients
  • 10 g cornstarch
  • 20 g rice wine or dry sherry
  • 20 g soy sauce
  • 300 g fresh beef tenderloin
  • 180 g medium or short grain rice
  • 4 green onion feathers
  • 1 medium head of lettuce - lettuce
  • 10 g of salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • ground hot red pepper

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
In a bowl, combine the starch, sherry and soy sauce. Cut the meat across the fibers into thin slices, put in the marinade, mix well, leave for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water is completely clear. Place in a sieve, add to a large saucepan, add 8 cups of cold water and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the onion into slices 1 cm long, lettuce into thin strips 1 cm wide. Add the meat along with the marinade and the onion to a saucepan with boiling rice. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add salad and salt. Pour into bowls immediately, season with pepper and serve.
