Carrot Corn Pie
Ingredients
  • carrots 2 pcs.
  • canned corn (jar, 340 g) 1 pc.
  • cashew nuts 100 g
  • flour 2 glass (s)
  • cocoa 2 tbsp
  • dried cherries 100 g
  • corn starch 2 tbsp
  • baking powder 1.5 tsp
  • orange 1 pc.
  • honey 120 g
  • vegetable oil 3/4 cup (s)
  • strong tea with bergamot 1/2 cup (s)

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Place the canned corn in a blender bowl and whisk until puree. Add dried cherries to the chopped corn.
Step 2
Peel and grate the carrots on a fine grater. Wash the orange, remove the zest with a grater. Juice the orange.
Step 3
Add the zest and orange juice to the grated carrots. Mix the carrot and corn mixture. Add liquid honey and vegetable oil.
