Carrot Corn Pie
Ingredients
- carrots 2 pcs.
- canned corn (jar, 340 g) 1 pc.
- cashew nuts 100 g
- flour 2 glass (s)
- cocoa 2 tbsp
- dried cherries 100 g
- corn starch 2 tbsp
- baking powder 1.5 tsp
- orange 1 pc.
- honey 120 g
- vegetable oil 3/4 cup (s)
- strong tea with bergamot 1/2 cup (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Place the canned corn in a blender bowl and whisk until puree. Add dried cherries to the chopped corn.
Step 2
Peel and grate the carrots on a fine grater. Wash the orange, remove the zest with a grater. Juice the orange.
Step 3
Add the zest and orange juice to the grated carrots. Mix the carrot and corn mixture. Add liquid honey and vegetable oil.
