Chicken breast pate
Ingredients
  • 400 g chicken fillet
  • 2 large carrots
  • 120 g low-fat natural yogurt
  • a pinch of nutmeg
  • salt
  • croutons for serving

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Carefully cut off the cartilage of the remaining fat from the chicken breasts, if any. Boil the fillet until tender in lightly salted water, 25-30 minutes. Let the chicken cool in the broth.
Step 2
Peel the carrots, grate on a coarse grater and simmer with water for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Pass the cooled chicken through a meat grinder. Add yogurt, carrots, a pinch of nutmeg and some salt. Stir well and serve with croutons.
