Creamy spinach soup with baby peas
Spinach cream soup can be made with milk, but with meat broth, its taste and aroma will be more intense. And for a creamy taste, add a spoonful of sour cream when serving.
Ingredients
- green peas (thawed) - 200 g
- spinach - 210 g
- onion - 80 g
- raw potatoes - 200 g
- chicken broth - 1.2 l
- olive oil - 10 ml
- sour cream - 4 tablespoons
- salt, pepper - to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Boil green peas, 200 g of spinach, chopped onions and diced potatoes in chicken broth over low heat until tender.
Step 2
We punch vegetables with broth in a blender until creamy.
Step 3
Fry fresh spinach leaves (10 g) in olive oil with the addition of salt and pepper for 1-2 minutes. Put the cream soup on a plate, add the fried spinach and 1 tablespoon of sour cream.
