Delicious dumplings with cherries

For dumplings with cherries, fresh berries are best suited - with it they turn out to be more juicy and aromatic. Cherry pits must be removed immediately before cooking, and this should be done so that the berry remains intact. And there are dumplings with cherries, preferably in the heat of the heat - at the cooled dumplings the dough becomes rubbery.

Delicious dumplings with cherries
Ingredients
  • wheat flour - 200 g
  • egg - 1 piece
  • salt - 0.5 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • sugar for cherries - 5 g
  • water - 70 g
  • vegetable oil - 10 g
  • cherry - 300 g
  • raspberry sauce - 20 g
  • sour cream for serving
  • raspberries - 15 g
  • sugar - 5 g
  • water - 30 ml

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Combine flour, eggs, salt, sugar, water and vegetable oil. Knead a soft and elastic dough. Cover the dough with a towel and leave to "rest" for an hour.
Step 2
While the dough is resting, tackle the cherries. If it is fresh, remove the seeds, if it is fresh-frozen, then squeeze the juice.
Step 3
Make raspberry sauce: grind raspberries with sugar, add water, mix thoroughly, put on fire, bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and cook until desired consistency.
Step 4
Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out circles (you can use a glass, mug or a special ring).
Step 5
Put cherries on the dough (1 tsp for each circle) and sprinkle with sugar. Blind the edges of the dough, put the dumplings in a saucepan of boiling sweet water and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Drizzle with raspberry sauce before serving. Serve with sour cream.
